Intro: Start drawing Sally with a pencil sketch. In the beginning stages, don't press down too hard. Use light, smooth strokes for sketching.

 

Step 1: To draw Sally, start with a circle near the top of the page. You don't have to draw the circle perfectly. It's just a basic shape for Sally's head. Draw two angled lines under the circle as a guide for Sally's neck and shoulders.

Step 10: Draw a series of lines to the left and right of Sallly's lips that represent stitches. After all Sally is a ragdoll patched together by Doctor Finkelstein.

Step 11: Use the initial line as a guide to draw in Sally's hair. Draw another long line below the initial hair guideline to represent the front of her hair that comes down over her face. Also draw a short line at the top to split her hair in two. Draw a few lines where the hair splits for extra detail.

 

Step 12: Darken the lower part of Sally's face using the original circle as a drawing guide. When drawing her jaw, give it a more narrow and pointy look.

 

Step 13: Draw a long curved line that goes from the bottom of Sally's hair across her face and down to her cheek. Draw smaller lines that criss-cross it to represent more stitches.

 

Step 14: Darken Sally's neck and shoulders, and draw a couple of curved vertical lines for the top of her dress.

 

Step 15: Finally, draw a series of lines across Sally's neck and chest to represent all the stitches that she has.
