Step 10: Below the beak, draw a series of curved lines for the bottom half of Foghorn Leghorn's beak. The right side should curve to form a cheek-like shape. Add a curved line inside the shape for the open mouth.

Step 11: Sitting on top of the beak, draw a couple of small, curved arcs for Foghorn Leghorn's eyes. Separate the arcs using the initial vertical construction guide line. The eye on the left should be a bit smaller because of the way the head is turned.

Step 12: Inside each eye, add a tiny dot for Foghorn Leghorn's pupils. Above each eye, draw a short, curved line for the brows. Inside the open mouth, draw a couple of curved lines for the tongue. Under the beak, draw a couple of U-shaped lines for the fleshy section called the wattle.

Step 13: On top of the head, draw a series of curved arcs for Foghorn Leghorn's crest. The first arc should curve forward a bit. The two arcs in the back should be smaller and thinner.

Step 14: Use the other guides at the top as guides to draw the rest of Foghorn Leghorn's head. Darken the outer edge of the guides to create the shape of the head. Make the top part a bit thinner than the initial circle. At the bottom, draw a series of small, U-shaped lines for the feathers along the lower edge of the head. Notice how far down the lower edge curves.
